Students and parents will be notified by their instructors if there is a holiday closing and of any schedule adjustments. Please feel free to ask us any questions regarding holiday closings by email, phone or of course in person.
If we have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions parents/students will be contacted by email, phone or text as well as posting on Inspired Minds Facebook and or Instagram for your location (Brielle or Lincroft).
We will extend the session to make up for the missed classes OR give class vouchers to make up cancelled classes. No monetary refund can be provided.
Although rare, due to illness or personal reasons sometimes our teachers can not make it to class. In that event we will find a qualified substitute teacher. If we can not find a substitute we will have to cancel the class and extend the session to make up for the missed class.
We will honor up to three absences per session to be made up in age appropriate classes during the current session or the immediate following session. We are sorry but beyond three cancellations or if they are not made up in the immediate following session we can not provide make-up classes in subsequent sessions. We can not provide monetary refunds.
Refunds are not typically given, however if you have an emergency or sudden schedule conflict and can not attend classes or complete make up classes, future classes can be refunded with 1 week prior notice. All past classes must be paid for, attended or not, and a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
Up to 3 makeups will be honored according to our above "Student Missed Classes" policy. You may notify us of cancellation by phone, email or of course in person.
